Cleanliness and contamination refers to the analysis of residues and particulate that are present in electronics assemblies and components that could be harmful to the function and reliability of the system.
Using our ROSE (Bulk Ionograph) we can check for cleanliness; we are able to identify any contaminants on a molecular level using FTIR, Ion Chromatography, SEM-EDS, and FE-SEM.
We have staff members ranging from ACS certified bachelors chemist to Ph.D. chemist with extensive work in characterizations of unknown compounds.
ACI can assist in isolating process variables to remove or improve the step where introduction of the species occurred.
