ACI is committed to the continual demonstration of advanced technology in electronics manufacturing.
This is accomplished in several ways, but none more effectively than through the strategic partnerships which enable ACI to showcase manufacturing equipment from some of the world’s most advanced manufacturers. This partnership arrangement is referred to as the Equipment Advisory Board or EAB. ACI’s strategy is controlled growth through technological innovation and application through dynamic interaction with our partners. At ACI we are committed to excellence through our pursuit of diverse teaming partnerships with industry and always being a value-added contributor through our core competencies. Our strength continues to be the diversity and experience of our technical staff, the variety of activities that we participate in from R&D programs to factory floor services, and the knowledge and experience that we have within the electronics industry.
The Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) consists of representatives from leading defense manufacturers including Boeing, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, ITT, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman. This group is facilitated by ACI and holds regular teleconferences and in person meetings. The purpose of the IAB is to ensure continuous two-way communication about electronics manufacturing and technology issues as well as to seek collaboration opportunities to mitigate risk. Through the IAB, issues from the defense electronics manufacturers can be voiced for Navy awareness and program consideration. Conversely, the IAB provides a forum for Navy needs and issues to be communicated to the defense manufacturers. In addition, solutions to common industry issues can be coordinated and collaborations can be established amongst the defense electronics manufacturers to optimize issue resolution.
