The Demonstration Factory is supported by equipment manufacturers and material suppliers, who supply the latest in electronics manufacturing equipment and materials for use at the Electronics Manufacturing Productivity Facility (EMPF). The EMPF's Equipment Advisory Board (EAB) consists of representatives from many of the leading electronics manufacturing equipment firms in the country, who ensure successful technology transfer and deployment.

The ACI Demonstration Factory is now protected from ESD with products from 3M, offers boundary scan services courtesy of Acculogic, and is outfitted with a rework station from Focal Spot. Hybond has provided a Model 626 Multipurpose Digital Thermosonic Bonder, SPEA has provided the 4040 Multimode flying probe unit and RPS Automation has provided an OPUS System selective solder machine. Counterfeit electronic components are detected with analytical machines from Orafec. Unique inventory control rack systems are in place thanks to Inovaxe.

Vision Engineering has equipped not only the demonstration factory, but also the IPC learning center with Mantis and Linx model stereo microscopes.

Through strategic partnerships, ACI capabilities continue to grow to better serve the electronics manufacturing community.

ACI is opening its doors to you in order to stimulate interest in your equipment and/or materials. Consider holding your demonstrations, workshops and training sessions, at our Demonstration Factory. There is no cost to you or your guests for use of our facilities and ACI will also invite key persons to your event.

Our facilities are capable of hosting as many as 40 people per event. Furthermore, ACI is conveniently located adjacent to the Philadelphia International Airport (free shuttle to/from the airport) with a variety of hotels and restaurants available within two miles.
