Engineering positions require a four year engineering degree plus related experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Ideally, the successful engineer will be able to lead hardware design efforts, provide software support, solve production problems, improve processes and focus resources and marketing techniques. In addition, the engineer should have knowledge of Surface Mount Technology, Through-hole Process, Flip Chip, Product Development and be capable of learning new technology. Mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials, software, and manufacturing engineers with advanced degrees preferred.

Technical Trainer/Technician positions require experienced certified classroom technical instructors with hands-on equipment technician skills in an electronics manufacturing environment in order to conduct on and off site courseware training such as J-STD, IPC-A-610, SMT Manufacturing and Rework, No-Clean Process and BGA Manufacturing. The successful trainer/technician will also have factory floor experience and PC skills.
